ETIA mobile is used to gather information and opinions from users regarding their preferences and product usage. Surveys are created and pushed to the app using push notification service. User can launch the application and take survey after authenticating with provided login credentials. All ETIA users are opted-in from various channels and give consent to participate in surveys.
The survey contains various question types (i.e. textinput, select one, selfie, location, etc). Once user completes the survey, the responses are submitted to server.
User can update his profile and profile picture from profile screen. User can write an email using support link.
